We provide 24-hour, 7-day service. We have laser printers.
We service Florida Counties of Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and to some extent Polk, Hardee, Manatee & Hernando.
We have basic fees for notary signing agent duties. Fees may differ for specific companies based on their needs. For mortgage refinance signings the basic fees are as follows:
Mortgage Signing – eDocs $100.00 (2 copies)
eDocument Printing $25.00 (included as part of Mortgage Signing. If a corrected set of documents needs to be printed add the $25)
Refusal to Sign or Cancellation (2 hrs or less notification) $75.00
Mortgage Signing fee includes travel up to 30 mi. rountrip. Additional miles @ .60/mile
Local Notary Fees
Your documents can be notarized at our location for $5 per notarized form. Proper identification is required.
If you need us to travel to your location within 20 miles of my location in Tampa, FL (33647) the cost is $30 for travel and up to 2 notarizations. Each additional notarization is $5 per page.
Make PDF Documents
We can make PDF copies of any of your documents or paperwork that you need to save in this format.
PDF copies $1.00 per page.
